I switched to another provider, but KPN still charges me.

Hello, 

My contract ended on 23 November and I tarnsfered another provider but KPN still charges me.

I could not contact any customuer services.

 

my information is:

So can't we solve this problem here? Do I need to call or visit the kpn store?

Hi @Yasen, I don't see a cancellation of your subscription on our end so I'm afraid something went wrong.
I'm not sure what went wrong, but to rectify it you'll have to speak my colleagues of the cancellations department on 0800-0402 to cancel your subscription
