Payment Invoice but my internet is not installed and activated

I received a payment invoice by email from noreply@kpn.com althoug my internet is not installed and activated. I tried to ask installation several times before but very difficult to contact through phone, so gave up to install KPN long time ago.

What kind of joke is this company they  tell you they will install on a date then ring up and cancel send a stupid box for internet not tv and never send a new connection date today I go to the shop as my phone does not ring 0800 numbers to cancel this joke and find a company that will connect me
