Why is KPN still charging a mobile subscription?

Dear @kpn Team I would like to ask what happend to my kpn plan prepaid annuleren which I sent you twice /got mails if needed for my mobile service annuleren? and yet I'm still getting your invoices for may and probably you would try to charge me also for this month, which would be contract law breach according to Dutch civil law - book 6. Please respond with some clarification?

Do I understand correctly that you have requested a termination of your contract, but that this has yet to be executed? In that case, I would indeed advise you to give us a call at 0800 0402. My colleague can help you with your request.
