Opnames synchroniseren niet

Sorry this is in English, Dutch not good enough.
I can't always see my recorded programs on my wireless connected TV receiver upstairs .
I don't think they are synchronised very well.
Help please

@DerekH, have you tried this reset of your tv receiver?
As KPN does not have an English website:
push Menu on your remote, then select Instellingen.
Push the yellow button on your remote twice.
Select 'Ja' on 'Software verwijderen', then select 'Bewaar instellingen'.

Your tv receiver will collect new software, which can take 20 to 30 minutes.

Hi Derek, welcome to the forum! We occasionally see issues with synchronisation. Usually in those cases restarting the set top box is enough. If that doesn't work, try the reset Joss describes.

If the synchronisation troubles persist, look into the possibility of a wired connection between the set top box and the Experia Box.
