Connection date and customer number

Hi KPN team,

 

 I have to say I’m not satisfied with your customer service/ order system. Yesterday, I subscribed your internet offer but I set wrong start date. I called your customer service to change the start date but your staff told me that my order is not in the system so they cannot help.

I also want to link the internet service with Mijn KPN (to change the appointment with the trchnician) but to do that, I have to know my customer code. So far I received 2 emails from KPN but both the emails don’t show my customer code.

Hi Erwin. I’ve already filled in the profile. I still don’t know my customer number. Could you please help me check my customer number and when will your technician come to my house to set up the internet?

Hi @Hai Nguyen . The technician wil come at 4-12 between 15:00 en 17:00. That is also the time your connection will be ready.
