Ik las net bij de FSFE dit artikel. De ACM heeft blijkbaar een uitspraak gedaan over router vrijheid. De FSFE zegt:
“The ACM has opted for the NTP (Network Termination Point) to be at the end of the cable, offering the maximum of flexibility to the user. This “passive” termination point avoids users having to accept the operation of a device outside of their control, and allows for Router Freedom.”
De de Nokia G-010G-Q die nu op mijn GPON verbinding zit zou ik ook graag zien verdwijnen. Mijn collega’s zeggen dat ik met bijvoorbeeld deze optic en de juiste patch uit zou kunnen als die registratie er af gaat. Hebben jullie enig idee wat de impact van de uitspraak zal zijn? Ik ben benieuwd!
