Hello,

I have exactly same issue since this morning. I have tried contact KPN by phone, but no one answer. Anyone could help?

Thanks for reply, it has solved after I submit it by your support robot dialog system.

I got a message by phone, that you solved it, then I have tried, it works.

Hi @Weitohome, welcome! Is the issue resolved by now? Did you get in touch with us? Is it only the red light that is present or do you really have problems with your internet/wifi? Could you please update your forum profile with your adress and customer number? We will look into it.
