Experiabox te weinig poorten, switch van KPN?

I have read some posts on this forum that suggest that KPN can provide you with a switch if you no longer have enough open ports on you Experia box (V9).

Is this correct? And if so, where am I able to request one? (I've searched on KPN's website, but am unable to find any clear instructions).

It was actually an old procedure and things are unclear at this point, if i'm correct KPN was stopping with distributing switches recently. But depending on the situation they might make an exception.
