I've been a KPN client since late last year, over VDSL, using a ZTE router-switch I got when I joined.
Since sometime early today, I have not been able to connect to the Internet. The WiFi works, and I can connect to other computers in my apartment, and to the router. It also tells me it's connected to the Internet and lists an IP address. However, Hostname lookup fails and I can't connect anywhere (can't ping using numeric addresses either, except for the router itself - internal & external address).
I tried rebooting the router, including a cold reboot (disconnected power and reconnected it)., but that did not help.
Then I went to the KPN website and tried the service tool - no luck; it verified my details but told me afterwards that there was some error. Finally, I tried KPN's online contact form, but on the 2nd of 3 phases (after I've entered the problem details) - it gets stuck, so I can't even report the error that way.
What do I do?

At the moment KPN internet is down in almost all The Netherlands.
They are working on resolving the issue.
