Problems installing wifi - HELP

Hey hey,

We are not Dutch and are having a very difficult time installing the ExperiaBox V10A!

We believe we are using ISRA2 connection correctly, but it's still not working. So, we're wondering
  • Do you have to wait for awhile for it to connect?
  • Do we have to activate anything on our MijnKPN account for it to begin?

What lights are burning when you connect te experiabox? Can you please update your profile and give me a heads up?
I haven't heard back. Did you fix the problem?
