Termination of my subscription ,still being charged

Hi,

I requested the termination of my subscription due to emigration - left end of August - and I am still being charged!

Please advise!

If your account is being terminated right in between two invoice-periods you will always receive the invoice for the last period. The regular services like internet and tv is invoiced in advance but for things lik Video On Demand it comes afterwards. You will receive what we call a ‘slot nota’, this is a closing invoice where everything will be balanced out. If you paid too much it will be wired back to your bank account.

Nou die botte .... had wel het fatsoen mogen hebben om zijn vraag op een normale manier te stellen. Ik ha hetzelfde antwoord in gedachte trouwens,  paniek voor niets dus.
