Free Philips TV doesn't work

I received my new Philips TV welcome gift from KPN yesterday. The TV does not work at all. No power. Tried a working power cable from another Philips TV to be sure but nothing. 

Where do I go from here? KPN or Philips?

There has been a change if you want to contact Sidekix @Lee Spears. You can contact them during workdays between  08:00 and 18:00 uur. In the evening and Saturdays they are no longer available. 

@Jeroen_dB I have contacted the centre who have requested I send the TV back to Uden then they will send a replacement to me. Can I request this information be added to my account? I will leave a note inside the box explaining the situation. This is what the lady I spoke to recommend I do.
