I can't log in, since a couple of days

Hi Alaska,

There are different 'Mijn KPN' environments for different products. Are you trying to login in to the Mijn KPN for mobile telephony or for ADSL/Fiber? Do you see an error message when you try to login?

Hello, I am trying to login to mijn KPN but this is all I see:
 

I have tried login in with different browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer and Safari) but nothing works.

Hi @barbara1994 . Sorry you can't make use of MijnKPN.

Have you installed the app on your phone? Could you try logging in that way?

It looks like you (no longer) have active subscription with us, @barbara1994 ? Did you move your mobile number to another provider?

Hi @Erwin_ I did in fact. However I received a message from KPN this morning saying that today was the start of my new month. Hence why I got confused and wanted to see if everything was correct

 I assume that since I cannot log in anymore that everything is in order?

I think those messages crossed each other. It looks like your number was transfered today. And I can say 100% that your subscription with KPN is now terminated.
