Hi all,

 

i am trying to download and install the Veilig software on my windows 10 laptop, but i have the error that u can see in attachment.

I already disabled firewall, antivirus and any other security provided by windows.

Can u help me?

Probeer het eens via Chrome.

thanks for your reply but i cannot download it yet. I always have the same error.

Looks like the file is not on the KPN server.

Any other idea?

Ja, probeer eens de browsegeschiedenis en cookies te wissen. 
 

Clean the internet-historie and cookies. 

Everything done. Even started chrome as administrator. Is it working for you?

For me it’s works.

But I have Safari with Catalina. 
 

Dis you allready Installed The Browser Extensie ?

I've tested it on my personal chromebook with chrome and it veilig.kpn.com works fine for me! The download also works.
Could you try a private browsing window or a different browser such as firefox?
