Activation of number porting

Hi,

At 13th, May, I receive new mobile phone and sim card with number porting. But now 22nd, May, still sim card is not activated. Current provider service is still working.

Could you tell me why? And how to fix??

Hi there @YK Lim, welcome to our KPN Forum!

When you switch to KPN with your mobile number, a date has been agreed when the number will work via KPN. This is often the end date of your contract with your old provider. Could it be that this date is still in the future? Otherwise I would like to take a look with you. Do you want to complete your Forum profiel with name, zip code + house number and 06 number? Then I can check a few things!

@YK Lim , I haven't heard from you again. Has your number been ported or do you have more clarity about this?

Hi @YK Lim! Yesterday you received a text message that your number will be ported between 11.00-16.00 tomorrow. So just a little more patience! :wink:
