I have a 2 year subscription of KPN 2015 Zorgeloos, which began August 2016. It includes a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge + sim card. However, in September 2017, I am leaving Netherlands as my Dutch visa expires and moving to Prague, Czech Republic for a duration of at least 6 months, for study reasons. I will, therefore, have to cancel my subscription and end my contract since I will no longer be residing in Netherlands.
Please let me know what action or procedure I need to follow to do so. As the termination of contract was not in my power (visa expiry), I hope no penalties are levied on me. Also, kindly note that I still require the services of KPN for the duration of my stay in Netherlands and will myself indicate the month of cancellation of subscription, after I receive information about the procedure from your end.

In your specific case it could be a little bit different because you will go to Prague but you are not from there. My advice is: please contact the specific department of KPN to discuss this.
