I need help retaining my Dutch number

I have just moved aboard and before moving I went to the KPN store to see how can I retain my Dutch number after my corporate account gets cancelled and the customer service at the Haarlem store asked me to buy a KPN prepaid card and reach out to online customer service when I am ready to port my number. But unfortunately I cannot find a online chat facility on the website. 

Can you please help me?
