Adding a mobile phone to a sim-only subscription

I'd like to upgrade my phone to a new one. However, at the moment I only have a 'sim only’ subscription.

Is it possible to add a phone to this? Or do I have to cancel and make a new subsciption?

Hi @Csongor12, welcome to our forum!
There are two ways of changing your sim-only to a subscription with a phone.

In the first situation your 1 or 2 year contract has already ended (or will end within 120 days)and you can simply renew it with a phone. You could do that through kpn.com/verlengen or by calling 0800-0402.

In the second situation you're still within your contract (at least 6 months in).  In this situation there's a process we call “Sim-only-to-handset”. You can only do that through our customer service on 0800-0402. This will technically end your subscription effective immediately and give you a new one with a phone!

If your sim-only subscription is newer than 6 month's I'm afraid we cant do this yet.
