Payment of mobile bill with creditcard auto payment

When setting up my mobile, I registered a credit card for auto payment. Seems my first bill has not been paid. How do I pay online ?

Hi StenE, welcome on our board.

As far as I know you can't pay by auto payment with a credit card. We received a message form your bank/credit card that this isn't possible when we tried to do this. The easiest way is by using the Mijn KPN app on your phone or the website.
