Sim activation

I have a new subscription on my work device, unfortunately the sim (even if I bought it at a kpn store) is not activated. when I try to activate it online it says that the combination of mobile number and pin is not correct.

Hi Giaco, welcome! Apologies for my late response. Are you sure the simcard isn't activated yet? Or is it possible that you use the wrong pin? Please update your forumprofile with your zipcode + house number and 06-number. Could you also send me a personal message with the simcard number you are using?
