If you want to use a new prepaid number, the SIM card must first register on the KPN network. Unfortunately, that does not work abroad.
Do you have a signal on your telephone? Can you make a phone call? You may need to adjust the settings on your phone for internet use (abroad). Which device and operating system do you have?
