Hello sim card not working

Hello I just buy my SIM card in Netherlands’s but went I came to Paris now it’s not working i don’t know why can somebody help me please ? I really need my internet because I’m traveling

Hay Need help, welcome to the KPN community. First of all, I am sorry that your question has remained unanswered. I would like to help you here. Did you activate the SIM card in the Netherlands? If you want to use a new prepaid number, the SIM card must first register on the KPN network. Unfortunately, that does not work abroad.

Do you have a signal on your telephone? Can you make a phone call? You may need to adjust the settings on your phone for internet use (abroad). Which device and operating system do you have?
