Help Onbeperkt Online Bundel stopt na 2 dagen

Dear madam/ sir,

Last week i had " KPN Onbeperkt Online bundel"
And after 2 days i received a message a messege says that the subscription will be ended after 2 days. I don't know what is the problem, but i hope u can solve it.

Thanks for the PM. It was as I thought. There was a small overlap of 2 'Onbeperkt Online Bundels'. So when you activated it there was still one active for about two days. Right now your new one is still active so no worries. 🙂

Hello Mahmoud, welcome! Haven't seen this problem before to be honest. Is it possible that you already had the 'Onbeperkt Online Bundel' from a month earlier? That there was a little bit of an overlap? I can also check this for you if you respond to my PM.
