I topped up on Monday and signed up online for the 8.99 unlimited package but yesterday no internet and today it says I only have €2.50.

I topped up on Monday by putting €15 on my account and signed up online for the 8.99 unlimited package (automatic recurring) but yesterday no internet and today it says I only have €2.50. I am really confused and hope you can help me fix this problem.

Hi Jason, welcome back on our forum! I see something went wrong with ordering a new unlimited package. The old package ended at 23:59 on Februari 25th. You added € 15,00 to your balance, but before you we're able to order a new unlimited package, your internet usage caused your balance to drop below € 8,99. Hence, ordering the new package wasn't possible.

What I have done now, is refund the € 15,00. I have also activated the 'Onbeperkt Online' bundel. This package ends automatically after 31 days.
