Hello Oleksandr, welcome to the forum! Am I correct in assuming that you're talking about KPN mobile Prepaid with a Zorgeloos Online bundle activated? The one that should give you unlimited internet but with a low speed op 128 Kbit? If so, the speed you're measuring, is that kilobit or kiloByte? The 128 is kilobit, which is the same as about 16 kiloByte. So if you're measuring 20 kiloByte, everything is as it should be. If you're measuring 20 kilobit, please fill in your forum profile with your 06-number in the field 'Klantnummer mobiel'.


If it's not about the Prepaid mobile internet, please explain in a bit more detail what is happening 🙂
