SIM PIN for new prepaid card?

I have an unlocked phone All which I bought in Canada. It is not from KPN.

I recently bought a KPN prepaid SIM to use with it. I entered my PUK, All which Seemed to be correct. However, after I entered the PUK, I get a screen asking for "SIM NETWORK UNLOCK PIN."

The phone is a "Samsung Galaxy S II." Why is it asking for this on a newly bought SIM card? How can I fix this problem?

EDIT: forgot to clarify, I have tried 0000.

hi jeremondi,

that's weird.

I do not know why your phone is asking for this unlock pin.

I want to advise you, to go to the nearest KPN store. They can help you with this issue.

If not, I would like to hear from you.

Greetings,

Afra
