Alles-in-1 customer here, with 2 mobiles on the address.
Internet, TV and landline phone are not working for the 3rd day due to repairs. We are almost out of data on the mobile phones, since we have to use 4G continuously.
If the situation continues, we will be forced to pay for extra GB on the mobiles, in addition, to our normal house bill, even though the service we pay for is not provided.
I assume we won't be getting a refund on our house bill, can we at least expect some kind of compensation e.g., KPN providing unlimited data or extra GB for this month /coming weeks..?
