Could you please activate my sim card?

Dear customer service,

Could you please activate my kpn prepaid sim card? I went abroad without prior activating it and therefore I can not use it now unfortunately. Thanks for the help in advance!

Hi @sorinb 

Questions such as these can be resolved quickly by telephone. +316 1200 1200 is available from abroad. But that is of course less convenient when it comes to activating a SIM card. In that case, one of the social media channels (Facebook / X) is a better option. The forum is less suitable for this because it can take a day or so before KPN gets to your message.
