Experia Box v10 + Innr bridge (smart home product)

I have the Experiabox v10 and want to connect a Innr bridge to use smart lights. The bridge connects directly to the router with an ethernet cable, and gets an IP which I am able to ping. However the bridge does not get access to the internet so I am unable to set it up. I tried putting the mac address on DMZ but this did not work, the bridge still cannot reach the internet. Does anyone have experience with Innr smartlights with the Experiabox?

Hi Sean, welcome here! I must say I've never heard of this product before, so I'm not sure if I can help. But I'll give it a try :) I found this setup order, where in that order is it not working anymore?
