Cancelled subscription in january but I still pay every month

Hi, I phoned to cancel my 2 sim cards in January and they haven't been cancelled yet! I have been paying out every month since! I can't get through to the phone number and can't find any emails. PLEASE HELP ME CANCEL THESE SIM CARDS! I HAVE PAID NEARLY €200 EUROS FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS MENT TO BE CANCELLED

Call 0800-0402 (free) and tell them your issue. This needs to be fixed ASAP to avoid further invoices.

This number doesn't work! I've tried everything!

Hi @Ross Shirley ,

Are you in the Netherlands? Or are you abroad? If you're abroad a Dutch 0800 number won't work, but you can use +316 1200 1200!
