Cancellation, but still asked to pay monthly bills

Hello I have cancelled my subscription months ago before I moved out of the netherlands.

But I’m still asked to pay monthly bills, I dont want to pay them since I havent been using the service.

I can’t call customer support since I’m no longer in the netherlands.

Please help

Hi @Refresh, when you've moved abroad paying for a KPN subscription is not what you want. Via the forum we can't cancel a subsription. It is possible to call us from abroad, you can use the number +31 6-1200 1200 to do that. In your earlier topic, from a few months ago, Marcia gave you the same number.
