Same is the case with me. 

 

My activation was done on 28th December: Postal code *****. I still haven’t received my welkom gift smart tv

Hi @Smart TV not received and welcome to our forum! 

If you haven't received the TV yet, check your order confirmation to see whether the TV is on there. If it is, contact the company in charge of shipping the TV's. That’s Sidekix, and you can reach them on 088 - 623 70 06 (local rate applies) on business days from 8:00 - 21:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 - 16:00. Then they'll be able to assist you, and hopefully things will be cleared up soon!
