I'm receiving KPN bills after cancellation

I moved back to Australia and completed the online form to confirm my cancellation. I have still be charged with bills since and cannot get through to customer service. I’ve been paying bills since August although I cancelled then. Will I ever get a refund ? Why am I still getting charged? 

Please help

Vragen over opzeggen kun je het beste telefonisch stellen.

Je bent uiteraard al in het buitenland., dan kun je KPN bereiken op: +31612001200.

Bereikbaar op: ma t/m vr tussen 08.00 - 18.00 uur, za. 08:00 - 17:00 uur.

Zon- en feestdagen gesloten.

It is best to ask questions about cancellation by telephone.You are of course already abroad, then you can reach KPN on: +31612001200.Available on: Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Sat. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
