I tried to cancel my subscription

I called kpn services to cancel my subscription which was supposed to end in the 4th month (we are in the 9th month now) I couldn’t cancel my contract plus I now have to pay 20 euros extra for some reason I’m really confused. Please cancel my contract because I can’t figure out how to do so.

Beste @Refresh, welcome! Strange that it hasn't been cancelled and that you have to pay extra! For this kind of things, you should call our customer service (0800-0402 or +31612001200). My colleagues will look into it and fix the problem. If that's not possible, please update your forum profile with your adress, customer number and 06-number. I will help you!
