Please cancel my contract without penalty due to circumstances

I made a contract with KPN 6 months ago. Unfortunately my wife decided to get separated exactly the same time before I find the opportunity to use my sim card and because of lots of problems I faced even financially I had to go back to my country Iran. I had no internet unfortunately and now after 6 months I'm back to see my son but received many mails from you.

Please accept my apology and cancel my contract with no penalty or other payment.

You can monitor to see that I never used my sim.

I tried to call but was unsuccessful. 

It would be highly appreciated if you could help me in this regard.

Hi @MOHAMMAD REZA! I`m sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately we can't cancel your contract through the KPN forum. 

On this page about cancelling you can follow the steps. Through there you can also add a personal note. 

If you need to call you can call 0800-0402 from within the Netherlands. If you are abroad at the time you can call +316 1200 1200.Â
