Engineer didn't show up

Hi,

I have ordered my KPN Tv & Internet package a few weeks ago. Today we waited all day for the engineer, who did not arrive. Then we get a message saying we were not home and the engineer left a note - clearly not the case. Now we cannot get an appointment for another 2 weeks. 

 

Furthermore, we are trying to find an isra connection but have searched high and low and only have cable points? 

Please help?

Hi @LBP,  welcome. That doesn't sound like a good start. I probably can't plan the expedite the appointment, but I would like to see if I can be of help. Could you fill in your profile?

The engineer will search for the IS/RA, but I hope the previous occupants didn't destroy it in renovation or something.
