I don't have the NT Box

Hi, I received the modem from KPN but I don’t have the NT Box  (http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-dfmrTedaVsA/U4bvWsQDfaI/AAAAAAAAIGo/EpkF4OwySig/s1600/WP_20140529_001.jpg) in my apartment. I only have the fiber devise.

 

A technician will come in 6 days and I hope he will bring this equipment, but I’m not sure if he will.

 

I also wanted to change this date to a nearest one, but I couldn’t! When I click in the link “move appointment” that I received in my email, it shows an unexpected error.

Let me know if the technician was able to fix the problem. Did he bring the NT Box?
