Internet LED is blinking but no connection

Today is the starting date of my subscription. I installed the router and found the Internet LED is keeping blinking and the internet is unavailable. I also tried reset several times but it doesn’t work. Could you check my subscription and connection? Is there anything I could do? Thanks!

 

Besides, I didn’t receive my invoice and SMS even though the package has been delivered. Does that mean I might be fail to subscribe so the internet has not be activated?

Has the situation changed? Did you call 0800 0402?  That is your best option in this case.
