Invoice payment declined

Hi

My January invoice direct debit payment from my Revolut account has failed.  No previous payments have failed.  I have also tried to pay manually from my ING account and this again has failed.  Please advise how I can resolve this issue or advise me of a contact email or phone number I can discuss this matter.

Hi @admiralwhite Have you found a solution yet? For these matters, you'd better our customer service (0800-0402). They put you through to the financial department and they can give you good advice. 

Now resolved after speaking to customer service. Was due to banking problems after Brexit
