I can not connect with my new modem with my new network name and password

I have received a new modern box 12 but I still see previous network name on some devices

From what I understand, you received a new Experia Box. You cannot connect to the new networkname and password as indicated on the sticker at the back of the Experia Box. Instead, you still see your old networkname and password. That might be correct, if you have previously used our online servicetool to change your networkname and password. This tool saves your Experia Box settings so that you don't have to worry about your settings when connecting a new Experia Box.
