no internet connection since two days

Hello,

since 2 days, there’s no internet connection on my modem.

Light is blinking green, tried to reset, to restart, but still no connection.

On my profile page, it is stated that my IP address can’t be retrieved as modem is offline…

Can you please help?

Call 0800-0402. This number has no charge and is from the KPN helpdesk. 

Hi @MICHAUT .  Like @Ray_mond  said: calling 0800 0402 is the best thing you can do now.  You will get instant help with your issue.
