Problem with mobile internet

Hello. From 5am yesterday, I started having problems with the internet. When I did not have access to the Internet, I turned the router off and on. The Internet came back for a few seconds, during this time I downloaded about 133 mb of the file. Every time I turn the router on and off, it's the same. I do not have wifi or cable. Thank you in advance for your help.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Is this on a home connection or mobile connection?
What type of modem are you using and what are the LED's doing?

I can't find a subscription on the adress in your profile, is this adress correct? Could you maybe add a customer number as well?
