The internet doesn't work, blinking green light on fiber box and modem

I did the installation exactly how the guide says. The only problem is. In the modem's settings in browser the status is : disconnected

The wifi is connected. The cables are in the right place. I made a reset too and the phone or anything else I have connects to the wifi ,but the internet doesn't work. 

Also. On the fiber optic box "connection" is bleeping with green light , on the modem too.

Hello @FlorinMihai, how are the lights at the front of your modem? It seems the internet led is possible not green. The fastest way to fix this is to call the customer service. You can reacht them by calling the free of charge number 0800-0402. An agent can then take tne necessary steps to get your internet up and running. 

It has been resolved. The internet wasn't connected from the IPS ( I mean from kpn) 

Someone needed to come and give it connection.
