Ik heb met de support van valorant team gepraat, en deze zeiden dan het probleem niet bij hun maar bij de isp lag. Kan iemand me helpen. Dit is de mail die ik kreeg van hun:

According to the Ping Plotter's screenshots it looks like a ISP issue, since they are the ones responsible for routing you to our servers. Below you will be able to see what do we mean with route/routing:
Basically your PC receives internet via your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and they are responsible for how the data packets are sent to our servers. On the screenshot above, you can see 2 routes - green and red. The green one represents the perfect connection without ms rises or disconnects but the red one represents the state of your current connection. Well...there is something important that you will need to keep in mind...this red route can be different depending on where the packets have to reach and you can have a steady connection in different games/applications etc. because your ISP is providing you better routing to their servers but have not that good connection for VALORANT. So...if we take a look at the Ping Plotter screenshot that you provided to us, you have a lot of packet loss before even reach to our servers which means that your ISP is routing the packets that have to reach the game server in a way that some packets are lost along the way, thus why only your ISP can solve this issue.
Until you receive a response from your ISP, you can take a benefit from using a VPN but please do not consider this VPN as a permanent solution but only as a temporary one. Probably it will be able to help address your routing issues and improve the stability of your connection but your ping might be slightly increased. One more thing - this investigation concludes that there are issues with your route so I would like to underline that you will need to have your ISP investigate this as the specific problems you're experiencing cannot be resolved in this ticket.
