Can't link my new mobile subscription to my KPN ID

Hello, I have just received my new mobile number and subscription. I have followed all the steps to link the subscription to my KPN ID but I keep getting the error that I typed the wrong information. Although, everything is correct. Customer support said they will send me another email with a link but I’m still waiting. Help please. Am I typing a wrong client number maybe? I typed what they told me on customer support.

Nevermind, I was given the wrong klantnummer. Another person on customer support was able to help me today.
