IBAN won't update after changing though MijnKPN

Hello, I am trying to change my IBAN, but every time I change it and I save and refresh the page, the old IBAN is still there. How can you help me fix this issue, without having to call you via phone? Thanks!!

Then is the only possibility that you visit a KPN shop in the city. And take your ID and your bankcard with you.

Hi @NatasaBarac, welcome to our forum. It is strange that the IBAN doesn't change when you change it. It still hasn't changed yet? It might have changed with a delay. If it hasn't the options Noordzee mentioned are the best ways to do this. Have you tried one of those?
