set up tv asking for DNS no access to youtube

Hello, all of a sudden we cannot access the apps on our TV. Never had this pb in the 6 years we had the tv and kpn box.  We are getting the message "set up tv" . When we click on "app" logo we get the msg "terms & policy setup", clicking there we end up on "wireless connection" once we click on our Internet number we get the msg "wireless network disconnected " and it is asking for ip-settings. Once we ask for automatically we are getting back to the previous mag. If we try to enter manually we'll we have a pb since we don't know where to find them. Could somebody help us trough this mess?

​Hi @Spip! You seem to have a problem with accessing the apps on your smart TV and not the apps on your setup box. Is that correct? What brand/type tv do you have? 
Can you access the apps if you connect your TV to the modem via a wired connection?
