Windows 10 pc won't connect (DHCP)

OK, so first of all the new cable modem is working fine. I can use wifi from other devices. Some other PCs can connect as well,

But a Windows 10 PC, that has always been connected to a DSL modem and working perfectly fine, does not let me surf when I connect the ethernet cable to Cable modem. I have tried POPO, release, renew command etc.

is it because DNS resolution gets messed up? (PC is on dhcp)

Can you show ascreenshot of the IPv4 settings of the LAN network interface and/or the wifi interface depending on how you connect the PC to the network.
