My last day with KPN was 30th September, which is the day I switched tk my new home internet provider. But I just received a bill for October even though I'm no longer with you.

Sorry to read that your contract had ended. Normally when you end the contract you will receive one more bill. Because your are paying upfront.
After that you will receive an end note and the difference will be send back to your bank account!
The money was taken out of my account but it still says unpaid online. I did request a refund via my bank account and got the money refunded.
Does this mean I need to pay again and wait for KPN to refund me and issue the final bill?
