I already ask you to cancel.  It will be end 12th March. 

 

I just want to upload my declaration of departure. 

 

It is done by my wife's name - 

 

City hall doesn't give us a hard copy of declaration of departure any more. 

 

So I attached the digital copy of it.

If you are still in The Netherlands then the best thing to do is call us at 0800-0402. My colleague can help you with your request. Unfortunately at the forum we can't do anything with a declaration of departure or cancellation of contracts.
